L’Auditori de Barcelona’s programme continues via L’Auditori Digital

Following the meeting held this morning with the Catalonia Civil Protection Plan (PROCICAT), the Government of Catalonia has announced that cultural activities will be suspended for the next 15 days.
This means that the concerts scheduled to take place at L’Auditori de Barcelona during this time will not be able to go ahead with a live audience. However, you can still enjoy some of these events live on L’Auditori Digital. For example, as early as tomorrow, you will be able to watch a concert by the versatile artist Joana Gomila streamed live at 8 pm; and Saturday will be the turn of the Barcelona Symphony Orchestra, which will be performing works by Telemann, Ligeti, Brahms, Kodály and Pla, with Antoine Tamestit on viola under the baton of the conductor Giedré Slekyte.

Over the next few hours and days, L’Auditori de Barcelona will contact anyone affected by this announcement to make arrangements in regard to their tickets.

The Museu de la Música, on its part, is allowed to remain open under the new restrictions, but it may only operate at a maximum of 33% of its full capacity.

L’Auditori de Barcelona and the Museu de la Música will continue to work hard to bring high-quality music and culture to everyone in a safe manner.
